Koufeta (traditional greek baptism and wedding candies)
Kids baptism favors
Amegdalota (homemade-traditional greek treat made with almonds)
Marzipan animals (homemade by me with the help of my awesome helpers)
Truffles (homemade)
Wish book. Handpainted on canvas by me.
Everything together.

Hello there!

It's me! I'm still here.

Life has been chaotic lately. I've been so so so busy. All these months, I had no time to blog. I was actually stealing time to write a post once in a while. But real blogging? No no. You already know that...I've been saying it in almost every single post I have written lately.

Of course I missed it terribly. But really -NO TIME AT ALL-! Seriously, I admire these bloggers who manage to blog no matter what. I don't know how they do it. I just couldn't...

I was hoping that I would eventually have time and start regularly blogging again. I was imagining that I would write a post telling you what exactly happened in every month that I was MIA, cause I have so many amazing things to share with you. But, if I wait for this great -full of time- moment to start writing again, then I'll never do it.

So, I'm writing this post, telling you the most important things that have happened in my life. And many more amazing things are coming.

  • On May, Philip took some money and a backpack and travelled to a greek island to find a job. I was so lonely. Even though I was in a house full (literally) of people and animals, I was feeling so so so lonely. I wanted him to stay there, find a good job so we could follow. Something that never happened actually. After a few days, he came back. I was devastaded. I couldn't believe that I had to stay at my mom's...for how long? May has been the worst month for me. I had no hope. That was when I sadly accepted the fact that I had to stay at my mom's until the financial situation in Greece would get better. These days were extremely dipressing. At least I had this face to make me smile....
  • On June, things were weird. Something was forcing me to make drastic changes (ok, Philip was that something). Anyways, we decided to take the few money we have managed to save and we reeeeented a hooooouse!!!!!!!!!! I thought this would never happen. I was terrified. I had no idea if we could make it to being independent again. It turned out that this was the best choice that anyone ever forced me to take. I can't believe how my bad mood changed completely...
  •  On September, we baptized Nereus. It was something that I didn't want for my child, but eventually it had to happen. Not the happiest experience but anyway...I'm planning to make a post telling everything about it.

These were the most important facts in our lives. Other than that, I have been working like crazy. I don't know if I have ever said anything about my job. I'm a clown (not an evil one, really I'm good). One day I get to be a pirate and go for a treasure hunt and the other I'm a fairy who does face painting on little faces. Seriously, I love my job so much! On September I organised an amazing candy table for a baptism that you should definitely check out...I'm gonna share the pictures soon...

When we could get a free day, we were going straight to the sea. How much I have missed being on vacation and being at the beach all day long totally relaxed. These little trips were the best though, and we enjoyed them more than anything this summer. But most of all, I loved watching this little creature making friends and playing with them.

A couple of months ago, I found this awesome site. It's a community of people who give stuff they don't need and recieve other. I have already gave many things that I was not using and I have recieved a few too. This photo is from these beautiful ceramic bowls a lady has sent me (I opened the package to find them broken). At least the baby succulents she had also sent were fine. My neighbor drowned them later but that's another story. Anyway, if you're greek, you should totally check this site out and me a member too!

Potty training...hm...an interesting story.

I really miss you guys. I'd love to read in your comments a couple of things of how your lives have been lately...
