Recipe: Vegan Cookies For Babies (Sugar-Free)

Today, I'm sharing with you a great blw recipe for cookies. The basic recipe is this one. I have done a lot of experiments and came out with this great recipe! They turn out really tasty and with the tahini addition they firm up and become less crumbly! Not to mention how healthier they become!

Babies can have them after their first birthday. If you want to give them sooner, just don't add the hazelnut pulp. You should also know that oats might contain gluten, so consider asking your pediatrician before giving it to your little one. Or search for certified gluten free oats.



Ingredients:
  • 8 dried figs soaked
  • 1 cup oats
  • half a cup hazelnut pulp
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • cinnamon
  • a few tablespoons of the soaking water
Method:

Blend the figs with a few tablespoons of the soaking water in your blender. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients together. Make cookie shapes and place them in a pan lined with baking paper. Bake until they turn golden brown. So simple so tasty!

Feel free to make your own combinations with nut pulps, nut butters, seeds, dried fruits (I added goji berries in the ones shown here), spices and grains. Oh, and please let me know if you like them!
